At Escuintla Regional Hospital in Guatemala, we installed a SunSpring on the roof to serve the entire 3rd floor where pediatrics and NICU/PICU were suffering throughout 2019. A septic system serving the entire community surrounding the hospital contaminated the well water supply. An average of 7 babies were dying per month until our team installed a SunSpring for the floor, along with extensive pipe replacement. The purified water is supplied through these new pipes, and all deaths attributed to the water contamination were halted immediately.
